Who is responsible

What we collect

Information you enter in forms: name, phone, email (optional) and the details you fill in — e.g. search preferences (budget, area, rooms, timing), property details for a valuation, calculator results you choose to send, and messages. In addition, an anonymous random ID is stored in your browser and we record which properties were viewed and which contact buttons were clicked; this is linked to you only if you submit a form.

Purposes

Contacting you at your request, matching properties to your needs, providing valuations, tracking the handling of your inquiry and improving the service. Marketing updates (new properties) are sent only if you opted in, and you can stop them at any time.

No legal obligation

You are not legally required to provide information; it is up to you and your consent. Without a name and phone we cannot get back to you.

Sharing and storage

Information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is stored with the hosting and cloud infrastructure providers that run the site, which may store data outside Israel, using customary security measures. It may be disclosed where required by law.

Retention

Information is kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and provide the service, then deleted or kept only as required by law.

Your rights

Under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its amendments (including Amendment 13) you may access information about you, ask to correct it if it is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, ask for its deletion, and withdraw consent to marketing — write to chayanadlan10@gmail.com.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Local browser storage is used only for preferences (accessibility, light/dark mode) and the anonymous ID described above. An embedded map (OpenStreetMap) on property pages loads from an external server.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a password-protected admin area. No security is absolute.
