Home-seeker’s guide

Four short steps, from searching to a call with Chaya.

How to use the filters

On the properties page, first choose sale or rent, then narrow down by neighborhood, number of rooms, property type, price range and size. The count updates instantly.

Features such as a safe room (mamad), elevator, parking and balcony help you screen out what does not fit. Every filter is kept in the address, so you can save or share a search.

Nothing found? Tap "Clear filters" and try a wider range, or fill in the matching questionnaire for personal suggestions.

Tips for finding the right home

Decide up front what is a must and what is a nice-to-have: your total budget (including purchase tax and other costs), the minimum number of rooms, and closeness to what matters to you, such as synagogues, schools and transport.

Check the floor versus the elevator, the orientation and light, parking and storage, and the condition of the building. A safe room and a balcony are not only comfort; they also affect value.

Compare several homes in the same quarter before deciding, and use the mortgage calculator to see which monthly payment is comfortable for you.

Save homes and send one request for several

Every home has a ♥ button. Tap it and the home is saved in "My favorites" (the header shows how many you saved).

On the favorites page, tick the homes you are interested in, or "Select all", and tap "Send me details on the homes I picked". Enter your name and phone, and that is it.

On a single home you can tap "I'm interested – call me back". You can also tick that you would like a mortgage eligibility check.

What happens next

Chaya receives your request and calls you back with full details on the homes you picked, answers your questions and arranges a viewing at a time that suits you.

If you like, she will also check your mortgage eligibility with you, and let you know when a new home that fits what you are looking for comes in.
